This image absolutely stopped me in my tracks. From a technical standpoint— it’s practically perfect. Not only is the composition, lighting, retouching, color-grading, and pose extremely well executed, but the mood of this image is so powerful. The subject appears to be confident and comfortable in her skin, and every aspect of this image compliments that message. Standing ovation worthy!

This beautiful pose is what initially drew me in to the photo— it’s got all the best components- the lines, angles, and curves of the female form are all highlighted beautifully here. Beyond that, the composition and lighting really bring it all together. Well done.

The composition of this image is the main strength here. I love where the subject was positioned, from her downward gaze to the curl reaching towards the floor and the frames of the doors all leading the eye straight down the frame. Beautifully executed.
