Why Join?

Today, Professional Photographers of America (PPA) is the world’s largest nonprofit association for professional photographers, with 22,000 members in 54 countries. This association seeks to increase its members’ business savvy as well as broaden their creative scope, advancing careers by providing all the tools for success…as they have since 1869.

It is an amazing association.  We strongly encourage all members of AIBP (boudoir), NAPCP (children photography), & even photographers who belong to their own small networks, to join.  It is invaluable.

And this is how we hope you’ll feel about AIBP.  Our Mission:

To encourage boudoir photographers & enthusiasts, to join this one-of-a-kind online forum, where conversation topics are endless & never off-limits.  We hope to garner industry recognition as  “The Go-To” place, whether on AIBPhotog.com or our facebook page, for boudoir photographers to find out about contests, workshops, ways to increase their profits, technical shooting tips, places to get the best/most reasonably priced equipment, & especially to discuss day-to-day boudoir answer for questions which clients tend to ask.

We hope to foster worldwide friendships, recognition of this field as the prestigious form of imagery that it is, & for photographers to continually converse on our forum with one another, encouraging a global family of beautiful boudoir talent.

Let’s not forget the cash prizes & other benefits of submitting photos including industry recognition, a chance at a gallery exhibition, many ways to promote your business & boudoir in general, & global friendships of like-minded talent.  We have also started doing our members’ newsletters for them.  This is an amazing way for boudoir photographers to keep their name in front of their potential & existing clients.  See “Newsletters Done For You” tab to subscribe.
